As a BDR, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in the growth and success of Credo. Your work will involve identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and ultimately driving revenue through effective lead generation strategies. Areas of Responsibility

  • Prospect and identify potential clients within the healthcare industry using a variety of purchased data sets and enrichment tools
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach methods to generate leads and establish initial contact with prospects.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and budget constraints.
  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics.

Ideal Qualifications for this Position

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a sales or Business Development role, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector; experience selling into value based care organizations a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with HubSpot reporting a plus

Other Important Information about this Position

  • This position is primarily remote, with some presence in our Denver, Colorado office necessary at times and the potential for general customer facing travel (i.e. conferences)
  • The ability to work productively and without interruption or distraction during Mountain Time business hours is essential.

70,000 base with variable compensation
