We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive sales hunter to join our team as a Business Development Representative. Your primary responsibilities will be to aggressively pursue new business opportunities, identify potential clients, and close deals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent prospecting skills, and has a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound lead generation.
- Conduct research on marketing-qualified opportunities to identify key players, the company’s performance, preparedness for more advanced solutions, and timing alignment for joint business case development.
- Determine customer needs, requirements, triggers, and decision criteria.
- Conduct assessment discussions with potential prospects using effective listening skills to identify prospects’ overt and latent needs.
- Generate demand by enhancing ServingIntel’s brand and solution-fit with target customer needs.
- Represent and present our company to potential partners.
- Build trusting relationships with prospects utilizing listening and problem-solving skills.
- Introduce the revenue growth and expense reduction features of ServingIntel.
- Manage and expand CRM with target-market candidates.
- Utilize the company CRM to record sales development activity.
- Develop and maintain a strong command of ServingIntel’s products and services.
- Conduct effective and appropriate communication with leadership.
- Execute compelling demand creation presentations to customers’ C-Suite

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience as a Hunter in Senior Living.
- Proven sales impact.
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, and account development.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Experience working with a CRM system.
- Attending occasional industry trade shows and after-hours networking events.
- Experience working effectively in remote working environments.
Compensation & Benefits
- This is a full-time position with base pay and a commission paid for each closed sale.
