Position Summary
As a Senior Business Analyst, your expertise extends beyond basic analysis. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product management team and technical teams to lead and support projects and drive strategic improvements. This role will support the Product Management team and provide business and system analysis services.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis: Review assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological needs and risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Provide necessary documentation and end to end support implementing solutions.
- Systems Analysis: Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply it to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans. Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing effective communication processes. Stay current with customer needs and strategies, utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (such as emails, newsletters, presentations) to communicate updates and findings.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership to team members and peers. Collaborate with others, articulate ideas to senior management, and drive issue resolution. Hold yourself and the team accountable for results. Oversee implementation of projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business Administration, Information Systems, or related disciplines).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL experience, including importing large data files, and query creation
- PowerBI experience a plus.
- ADO or JIRA experience a plus.
- Product management experience is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree
- Field of Study/Area of Experience
- 6+ years of experience in an analytical position

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
