Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift

Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the implementation and support of quality initiatives within assigned areas. Provides subject matter expertise related to quality initiative implementation, reporting and analysis. Is a liaison between internal/external customers and Information Technology for business definition, scope, testing and implementation to ensure quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and customer knowledge to improve business practices.
This position is responsible for supporting the Sentara Health Plan Encounters Team from an analytical and process-based perspective, with primary areas of responsibility to include successfully owning:
SQL / General Reporting optimization via consumption of business requirements and collaboration with Encounters SMEs.
Tableau reporting functionality to develop, launch, and maintain robust and actionable reporting for the Encounters Management Team.
Development, Maintenance and improvements to process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and related documentation.
Coordination of analysis of current configuration state of Process Tools (EDM / QNXT) to align work efforts to address existing and future Encounters needs with various internal and external IT resources.
Collaboration on ongoing improvement / maintenance efforts to stand-up a robust UAT Process (scenarios / documentation) for future system / tool upgrades / updates.
Required:
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience with Analytics
3+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry
3+ years of experience with Project Management
