Business Information Analyst Senior
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and in office one to two days per week). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of one of our Pulse Point locations in Indianapolis, IN, Chicago, IL, Mason, OH, Norfolk, VA, Richmond, VA or Atlanta, GA.
The Business Information Analyst Senior is responsible for serving as an expert in analyzing data, reporting, and formulating recommendations on data related to complex and varied business metrics. This role will develop a comprehensive understanding of business requirements for different lines of business while being an active leader in the development and project management of audience campaigns.
How you will make an impact:
Engages with business units and stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging technology and/or business process changes to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Aligns with project objectives, scope, implementation plan and schedule.
Utilizes standard project management methodologies to manage the entire project lifecycle.
Participates in testing and debugging campaigns based on business requirements.
Develops and maintains system and business process documentation.
Participates in high-level development activities such as data reporting and analytics, workflow development, system configuration, automation, and integration.
Creates and maintains databases to track business performance.
Analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures.
Develops and analyzes business performance reports (e.g. for claims data, provider data, utilization data) and provides notations of performance deviations and anomalies.
Creates and publishes periodic reports, as well as any necessary ad hoc reports.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BS/BA degree in related field and a minimum of 3 years data analysis or related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
Experience with database structures, standard query, and reporting tools strongly preferred.
Adobe Campaign experience strongly preferred.
SQL experience strongly preferred.
Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and statistical software strongly preferred.
Ability to manipulate large sets of data preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills preferred.
