- Adopts Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Lean Agile principles and techniques in executing the organization and management of work
- Author initiatives, epics and stories, work with scrum teams to refine requirements, design solutions, develop success criteria, and drive change required to deliver on business goals
- Utilize Agile software tools (JIRA, TFS or other Agile software) to create and track epics, projects, stories and tasks, and report metrics
- Ability to interact with Business Innovation Center (BIC), MIDAS Information Technology Group (MITG) and MIDAS Technical teams to synthesize, gather, organize and structure business requirements using epics and user stories
- Perform system analysis on existing data pipelines, legacy CCIIO data sources including M3, applications, reports and web services/APIs
- Identifies, documents and troubleshoots problems utilizing acquired experience and knowledge of the relationships in systems, software and processes. Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to monitor, report and resolve issues. Participates in the development of solutions and workarounds that solve moderate to high complexity technical, system and/or business issues
- Assist in testing and troubleshooting of new system features during implementation, including documenting defects, errors and solutions by doing RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
- Mentors and guides other junior Business Analysts with training material, transition in/out, creation of video/audio content for project
- Help develop training and provide support related to the implementation of new systems features
- Provides inputs and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Demos
- Document process workflow, build and configure the system based on design and ensure configuration meets requirements and works as expected
- Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes
- Develop and maintain program documentation and correspondence
- Responsible for the overall success of user acceptance testing, including documentation, verification and release. Implements practices and procedures for end user test plans. Identifies and documents gaps in requirement adherence or system deficiencies/defects and coordinates appropriate action through issue resolution
- Leads in creating formal communication to be delivered to relevant stakeholders. Provides guidance and training to application end users
- 4-6+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis or business analysis in an Agile environment
- Experience with planning, estimation, delivery, tracking, and reporting/dashboarding
- Experience managing data engineering projects (Data management, data warehousing)
- Experience managing utilization and reporting use cases using JIRA
- Knowledge of AWS based Data Analytics platform is a plus
- Any certification to demonstrate knowledge of Healthcare Business domains
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline with four years of relevant experience in systems analysis or business analysis; OR
- Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, Management Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline with six years of relevant experience in systems analysis or business analysis

The annual salary range for this position is $92,664.00 to $130,000.00. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
