We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst
This is a REMOTE position.
Responsibilities:

• Working with user groups, develop credible recommendations for the optimal use of technology (current and future) to suit the business requirements. Identify less visible cross-boundary business needs through a deeper understanding of business processes and challenges.
• Build solutions that positively impact the ROI or profitability of the business, or whose cost impact is well-defined.
• Through an understanding of the capability and limitations of technology, influence the business owners to adopt realistic system solutions. Provide options and alternatives.
• Provide higher level, strategic analysis that looks across boundaries and integrates user needs and wants in a way that is most efficient and effective for Christie Digital. Provide innovative solutions.
• Create specifications documents and report designs, and work with the Programmer/Developers to ensure understanding and usability. Assist with testing and evaluation processes.
• Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to Business Analysts. Provide Project Management as needed.
• Source, develop and manage quality external contacts with vendors, suppliers and in the industry.

The experience and skills we value:

• 5+ years of experience in using/supporting/implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials and/or Oracle Cloud EPM.
• Knowledge/experience with modules/applications in one or more of the following: Oracle Fusion, WMS, GTM/OTM, OIC, FAW, EPM, JD Edwards is preferred.
• Strong Business Analysis and documentation skills
• Strong communication skills to work with people at all levels of the organization, as well as outside vendors.
• Strong critical thinking skills – able to evaluate multiple options to determine the best solutions approach.
• Problem solving – address complex business problems by analyzing data, processes, and systems and then proposing the optimal solution.
• Finance background is preferred.
