Responsibilities - What you will deliver:

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Analyze/identify opportunities for automation with other internal resources.
• Define KPIs, measure current state and track attainment of key indicators related to reducing spend.

1. Solution Design:

• Design and deliver solutions that enable a self-service model for analytics through Tableau or other tools.
• Analyze data to derive logical assumptions and develop solutions to make informed business decisions to reduce spend.
• Field and manage ad hoc requests regarding reports, processes, requests for assistance, and general support.
• Understand and translate business needs into requirements for solution design.

1. Stakeholder Communication:

• Provide stakeholders visibility and reporting on program/project status and risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams to allow advance notice of contract consumption rates and opportunities to renegotiate.
• Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form in a way that informs action.
• Create visuals and financial models to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain BI tools including data visualization with Tableau dashboards.

1. Project Management:

• Maintain and manage google sheets related to Platform project tracking.
• Develop and maintain Jira dashboards for metrics and KPIs.
• Proactively provide insights into business operations, including key historical trends and forecasts.

1. Process Improvement:

• Lead the evaluation of business processes, identify gaps to present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Identify areas for process optimization, efficiency enhancements and assist in their implementation.

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, 5+ Years of functional experience in data/business analysis or a related field
• Proficient in leveraging financial data (TCV, usage, etc.) to develop actionable insights and storytelling to drive business impact.
• Advanced user of Tableau, Microsoft Excel/G-Suite to create advanced visualizations.
• General knowledge of Data Centers/IPT, business operations, objectives, strategies, and information flow.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet competing deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively share data with stakeholders.

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$105,000 - $150,000 USD
