Position Purpose
As the largest real estate franchise company in the United States, our goal is to lead with technology that is disruptive in the real estate industry. You will be joining fast-paced teams in developing SaaS applications for our franchise (US and Worldwide) offices and real estate agents to operate their independent real estate businesses.
We’re looking for an innovative, talented team member who has been working in Business Intelligence within a team focused on data and analytics for 3-5+ years. You will add technical leadership to our Enterprise Information Management (EIM) data solution platforms that are used every day within products and to create internal business insights, helping to lead technology-based teams to drive innovation in our Real Estate vertical.
The Experience You'll Need
- Three or more years of experience in a Business Intelligence role
- Five or more years of maintaining effective relationships with, and influencing cross-functional partners
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and organizational skills
- Demonstrated expertise with visualization tools like Tableau
- Five or more years of database querying experience (SQL / No-SQL)
- Three or more years of Cloud experience with a preference for Google GCP
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability in identifying multiple approaches to problem solving and direct data development teams to build out solution set
- Great attention to detail while coordinating multiple tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Proven ability to calmly approach challenges and problem-solving pressure situations and adapt quickly to organizational change
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience with data architecture, data modeling, schema design, and/or software development
- Ability to work on multiple priorities in a project delivery driven environment
The anticipated annual base salary for this role will range from $120,000 - $165,000 based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include the following offered benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, 401k, healthcare savings account, company paid time off, and company paid holidays.

The Impact You'll Make
- Provide thought leadership in the business insights technology space to help lead KW towards real estate industry vertical innovation by harnessing the power of information
- Design, development, and maintain various reporting solutions, primarily leveraging Tableau
- Recommend innovative reporting solutions and process improvements, with a desire to understand the business model and provide ideas and insights to drive business growth
- Work directly with key stakeholders on the development and delivery of KW technology product-based initiatives to support business objectives across the broader KWRI organization in a team consisting of multiple EIM Center of Excellence groups
- Work with the team to define best-practices and ensure team adheres to mutually agreed upon development standards
- Work with BI developers to coordinate efforts for delivering the right solutions at the right time. Providing both ongoing support and future developments
- Provides status reporting of project initiatives during daily scrum activities
