- Responsible for providing additional training, supervision, and support to technicians and BCBAs who have clients in the program
- Collaboration with Clinical Director and Chief Clinical Officer to improve and innovate the Stepping Stones program
- Design and measure clinical quality standards with the Chief Clinical Officer to evaluate the efficacy of the program
- Regularly review and present data on metrics of the program (e.g., number of clients, progress towards goals, levels of supervision, efficacy of curriculum)
- Conduct research related to group instruction, skill acquisition, and class wide contingencies for problem behavior
- Participation in TACT's professional practice committee
- Contributions to TACT's monthly newsletter through creation of marketing materials
