Qualifications: Master's Degree, Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst, Board Certification, at least two years of clinical practice
Essential Physical requirements: You will be expected to be able to bend at the waist, lift at least 50 pounds, and be able to implement company related safety care procedures (e.g., restraints, protective movements, etc.).
Service Appointment Requirement: The Senior BCBA will have a quarterly service appointment requirement. The requirement is subject to change.
Working requirement: You will be expected to work 40 hours a week and have a flexible schedule.
Case BCBA
- Direct supervision of Senior ABA Therapists and Junior Practitioners
- Training of direct care therapists
- Treatment plan development (e.g., functional analysis, treatment analysis, behavior guideline development)
- Development of individualized objectives
- Skill acquisition assessments
- Parent training
- Treatment plan management
- Timely submission of documentation
- Fulfillment of service-appointments
- Management of caseload commensurate with company managed care policies
- Schedule coordination
- Direct Therapy
- Travel to client locations
- Supervision of students requiring supervised field experience
Graduate Fieldwork
- Supervision of students requiring supervised field experience
Stepping Stones Classroom
- Supervision of students requiring supervised field experience
- Responsible for designing classroom guidelines
- Consultation to BCBAs in goal development for Stepping Stones clients
- Responsible for selection of group curriculum
- Interface with case BCBA as necessary to evaluate progress of Stepping Stones clients
- Collaboration with operations to design enrollment requirements and schedule
- Responsible for providing additional training, supervision, and support to technicians and BCBAs who have clients in the program
- Collaboration with Clinical Director and Chief Clinical Officer to improve and innovate the Stepping Stones program
- Design and measure clinical quality standards with the Chief Clinical Officer to evaluate the efficacy of the program
- Regularly review and present data on metrics of the program (e.g., number of clients, progress towards goals, levels of supervision, efficacy of curriculum)
- Conduct research related to group instruction, skill acquisition, and class wide contingencies for problem behavior
- Participation in TACT's professional practice committee
- Contributions to TACT's monthly newsletter through creation of marketing materials
