Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
New England ABA (NEABA), a Stepping Stones Group Company, is urgently hiring for a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Brookline, MA, and the surrounding areas. Pay: $80,000 - $85,000 per year

Job Duties
- Deliver direct intervention in home, school, and community settings.
- Conduct parent/caregiver education and functional behavior assessments.
- Create ABA programs tailored for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
- Employ evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions.
- Collect behavioral data, complete progress notes, and handle case management.
- Offer clinical direction, training, and support to NEABA ABA Behavior Technicians.
- Provide supervised, professional experience to NEABA staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision.
Requirements
- Possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Massachusetts license (LABA)
- Flexible to work with combined home, school, and center caseloads
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and leadership skills
- Previous experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
- Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation
