As a Sr Analyst - Background Investigations Specialist, you will be responsible for actively engaging in the background investigation and qualification process of candidates applying to drive and haul freight for the company to ensure they meet our minimum qualifications.

You'll make an impact by...
- Auditing driver qualification files and Hours of Service (HOS) to ensure they meet the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administrations (FMCSA) regulations and the requirements of the Department of Transportation (DOT).
- Actively participating in new business initiatives and supporting business improvement projects.
- Utilizing various tools and techniques to collect data on individuals.
- Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements during investigations.
- Analyzing data related to criminal history, credit history, employment, and other relevant aspects.
- Gathering information from multiple sources, including interviews, databases, and public records.

- You have previous experience working in the transportation industry and have knowledge of safety department regulations.
- You have experience using web-based tools and researching information.
- You have experience auditing and conducting investigations.
- You have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Can ensure accuracy when it comes to securing data information.
- You have strong communication and customer service skills.
