The Senior Analyst, HRI will support the HRIS Manager with reports, data integrity and system level maintenance of all Firm HR systems (HCM, Benefits, Security, Integrations, Payroll, Time and Absence, Recruiting, Prism, Performance Management, etc.). This position requires analytical, statistical, and interpersonal skills, and operational knowledge of software and hardware. The ideal candidate will bring experience with Workday Business Process configuration security and integrations, functional HR knowledge, and the ability to work with a variety of reports and analytics. This position reports to the HRIS Manager in Houston, Texas.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assign security roles, troubleshoot issues, and perform impact assessments
• Troubleshoot data, system integrations issues and perform impact assessments; work with IT, vendors, and internal users to resolve issues
• Diagnose business process configuration issues and correct
• Assist subject matter experts with testing of system changes and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
• Develop, maintain and support a variety of reports utilizing appropriate reporting tools
• Respond to data requests; interface with other departments, responding to reporting needs and providing HR data to facilitate survey completion
• Communicate accurately, timely and professionally to employees, managers, and other team members
• Maintain data integrity in systems by running audits and analyzing data
• Maintain a detailed understanding and working knowledge of the current HR system, its functions and its relationship to other information systems within the firm
• Maintain documentation and provide training to end users; and
• Additional related duties as assigned by the HRIS Manager

Qualifications and skills:

• Minimum of five years of experience working with Workday
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred
• Experience and intermediate knowledge of Excel required
• Knowledge and experience with Workday security, integrations Prism, and benefits strongly preferred
• Knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports and Power BI is a plus
• Additional functional experience with human resources and its related functional areas is strongly preferred
• Must display exceptional judgment and confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely detail oriented with high standards for accuracy and precision
• Ability to exhibit conscientiousness, dedication, and establish strong work relationships
