Position Summary:
As a member of the Global Compensation Team, you will provide analytical support for compensation processes to meet business objectives in the area of global compensation. While this position focuses on the Americas region, you will also assist on projects that are global in nature and provide Compensation support for other regions as needed.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
· General
· Provide analytical support during the annual bonus and merit cycle to include various data analyses and maintenance of internal templates
· Perform job evaluation and pricing requests using general and industry-specific competitive market data
· Assist in salary survey submissions and tracking of surveys; provide backup to the team as required
· Provide counsel as needed to Human Resources colleagues on compensation issues; respond to questions applying high customer satisfaction standards
· Participate in the documentation and communication of compensation plans and policies within the company
· Participate as a project member in projects that may arise during the year
· Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures.
· Maintain knowledge of global compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance
· Perform ad-hoc projects to support the Global Compensation team and Human Resources colleagues throughout the year as needed

· Strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to interface effectively with Human Resources colleagues and management
· Ability to work on multiple, diverse projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications: (Typical knowledge, qualifications and experience required for the job)
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Finance or related field (preferred)
Work Experience
· A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation (required)
Other skills
· Strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to interface effectively with Human Resources colleagues and management
