We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team and play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and decision-making processes of the organization. 

Financial Planning and Forecasting: 
 Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive financial models to support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. 
Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. 

Management Reporting: 
Generate and present timely, accurate, and insightful management reports to executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and variance analyses. 
Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility into financial performance. 

Strategic Analysis: 
Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational data to support strategic initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement. 
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for resource allocation and business planning. 

Financial Modeling: 
Build and maintain complex financial models to analyze various business scenarios, investment opportunities, and potential risks. 
Support M&A activities by conducting financial due diligence and integration planning. 

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Partnership: 
Work closely with various departments to understand business drivers, assess budgetary needs, and ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
 Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. 

Continuous Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and reporting efficiency. 
Implement best practices in financial analysis and reporting. 

Qualifications: 
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification. 
6 + years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau). 
Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. 
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
 Experience using financial planning tool (Mosiac, Anaplan, Adaptive Insightsetc)
