Job Summary
The primary role of the Customer Supply Chain Center of Excellence is to identify and lead E2E optimization opportunities to improve order to cash efficiency, service levels, and cost to serve while executing the company’s customer experience strategy and being a champion for joint value creation.
As an integral member of the team, the Sr. Analyst, Customer Supply Chain COE will provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement on enterprise processes, performance, and efficiencies. This position will lead efforts to standardize processes and applications that deliver best-in-class service of a multi node business unlocking capabilities that align with the organizational priorities and better serve our customers.
A successful candidate possesses Supply Chain experience, ability to partner with cross functional teams and a track record of delivering results. Strong analytical capabilities is important to this role, including experience handling large and complex data sets to drive recommendations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Define drivers of enterprise value in customer operations and optimize them for mutual benefit with customers.
· Foster cross functional partnerships to build continuous improvement opportunities and develop solutions to drive excellence in the customer experience.
· Liaison between systems resources and end users to develop tools that augment decision making and rapid issue resolution.
· Leverage PEAK to implement a continuous improvement culture through a data-centered approach utilizing change management, value stream mapping and root cause analysis.
· Develop/share best practices and standard procedures to build institutional knowledge across the Customer Supply Chain organization.
Education, Experience & Skills Profile
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· 1-3 years’ experience with business analytics in Supply Chain
· Candidate must possess the following competencies: very strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem solving, critical thinking, and self-driven.
· Knowledge of the levers available to deliver Supply Chain service across the Plan/Source/Make/Deliver verticals
· Broad knowledge of Customer Supply Chain best practices and the capability to influence by building positive working relationships and partnerships.
· Strong facilitation and coaching skills along with the ability to balance being analytical and fact-based with aligning stakeholders.
· Proven track record of effectively building partnerships and cross functional collaboration.
· High proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
· Experience with SAP and Power BI, preferred.
