- Thoughtful and self-aware, adept at asking questions and listening to understand

- Must be eligible to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship
- Must be a resident of Washington state or willing to relocate

- Proven track record of managing agile technology portfolios
- Public sector work experience is preferred but is not a requirement
- Track record of building future-proof technology
- Industry certifications (CSPO, PSPO, ICP-LPM, etc.)
- Strong collaboration ability to secure team cohesion, react to change, and manage risk
