YOUR NEW ROLE

As a Regional Portfolio Manager, you will play a critical role in implementing and managing individual site business plans to achieve investment objectives, compliance goals, marketing positioning, and financial targets. You will also be responsible for developing and managing annual budgets for your assigned portfolio, including leasing strategies and recommendations for capital improvements.

Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will help develop comprehensive marketing plans and budgets to maximize occupancy and attract quality tenants. Additionally, you will work alongside the regional maintenance team to plan and execute capital projects across your portfolio. With your expertise in financial management and strategic planning, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success and profitability of our properties.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of progressive property management experience
• Experience managing a team of 7 or more
• Understanding of variance reporting, reclassification, balancing Gross Profit Ratio (GPR), accruals, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

A master's degree, relevant industry designation such as CAM or CPM, and active involvement with industry associations such as NAA, WMFHA, or IREM are preferred but not required. A Washington Real Estate License would be a plus.
