Our practice at Advanced Plastics & Surgery Center - Dr. Fiorillo is seeking an experienced and motivatedSenior Aesthetic Practice Manager to support the daily operations of the medical aesthetic office in Napa, California. The Aesthetic Practice/ Surgical Manager is responsible for strategically organizing the business for consistent growth by ensuring daily operations are smooth and effective while making certain the clinic is delivering the highest level of service to patients.

Position Overview:
- Work in-office 5 days per week and occasional Saturdays.
- Manage non-medical aspects of clinic operations, including revenue growth, effective workflows, payroll, expense reports, inventory, and administrative responsibilities so that they are in accordance with our standards, policies, and procedures.
- Responsible for providing support and improving operations of the daily activities of a medical spa including telephone coverage, appointment scheduling, patient paperwork, opening and closing transactions and client care.
- Responsible for pulling KPI’s and creating revenue generating business plans from those reports.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure all client needs are met.
- Ability to perform job functions autonomously.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, anticipate challenges and develop solutions.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to unexpected situations while always keeping clients a priority.
- Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills; fluent computer and phone skills; ability to learn new technologies.
- Ability to create and execute a hyper growth focused business plan that improves office efficacy and revenue.
- Perform opening and closing duties of the clinic.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field
- Experience managing people and/or high-level business operations.
- Strong computer skills
- Superior customer service and leadership skills
- Available in-office Monday through Friday during operating hours.
- Medical spa, dermatology, salon, retail or plastic surgery industry experience preferred.
