Job Description
Performs general administrative and secretarial duties. Oversees clerical functions of the department. Maintains and promotes overall office efficiency.
Job Responsibility
- Reviews and evaluates existing clerical systems to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Assists in the interview process and participates in completing evaluation forms for clerical staff.
- Processes payroll sheets, approves vacation and holiday time and ensures adequate office coverage at all times.
- Assigns work and ensures it is carried out correctly.
- Performs record keeping, patient filing, collecting payments and preparing of statistical data.
- Keeping inventory and ordering supplies.
- Maintains and updates division manuals, as needed.
- Oversees clerical staff within department.

Job Qualification
- Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
