Personnel Qualification:
- At least 10 years of working experience.
- An Associate’s degree or at least 60 course hours
Capabilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks in support of the officers, managers, and staff in the TS department.
- Establish and maintain subject matter files and calendars in connection with assigned responsibilities and retrieve information from files and other sources when required.
- Perform a variety of clerical, administrative and research duties in support of officers and staff in the Technology Services Branch.
- Be extremely helpful, courteous, possess professional phone etiquette, and have excellent oral communication skills.
- Possess a desire to increase exposure to varying automated systems.
- Make travel arrangements for branch.
- Pass proofreading/editing and basic typing test.
- Create agendas and minutes for meetings.
- Maintain conference room and training room schedules.
- Schedule meetings and tele-conferences.
- Plan special events.
- Proficient in Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio.
- Familiar with information technology terminology.
- Log into the application at scheduled times.
- Process and categorize comments appropriately.
- Provide daily summary of comments processed.
- Communicate any issues with the application.
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Experienced working in a remote environment.
- Experienced working with web applications.
- Experienced working with and discerning topics in electronic documents.
Hours: Full-time Telework; Weekdays: 5:00pm -10:00pm EST; Saturdays: 9:00am -5:00pm; and Sundays: 10:00am – 6:00pm.
