Title: Pediatric Physician

Work Location: Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Fort Sam Houston, TX

Work Schedule: Full Time - Monday to Friday, 0700–1700 hours. Adherence to recognized U.S. holidays and BAMC policies.

Muscogee Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Physician to join our team at BAMC and provide pediatric care services to military families.

This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality pediatric healthcare aligned with national standards and practices.

General Tasks:

• Conduct medical examinations, diagnose illnesses and injuries, and prescribe treatments.
• Provide patient-centered care in adherence to the “Bill of Rights for Patients.”
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for quality care.
• Participate in medical education and training.
• Ensure accurate documentation in electronic medical records.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Medicine, accredited by the AMA's Council on Medical Education and Hospitals.
• 4+ years of pediatric experience in the last 5 years.
• Valid medical license in a U.S. state/territory.
• BLS and PALS certification.
• U.S. citizenship or legal status and a Tier 1 security clearance.

Other Requirements:

• Adherence to Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Participation in TJC standards compliance programs.
• On job ongoing training in Anti-Terrorism Level I, Operations Security, iWATCH, Information Assurance.
• Ongoing professional development and education.
• Compliance with health screenings and immunization protocols.
• Adherence to confidentiality and security protocols.

Additional Requirements:

• The successful candidate must be able complete and pass extensive background investigations, and pre – employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record.
• Previous experience of working with Federal Government Agencies is highly desired.
