Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- CPA is preferred.
- International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) accreditation (preferred)
- 3-6 years of experience in financial accounting / reporting.
- 2-3 years of Cost Accounting work experience is preferred.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with ERP (SAP S4/Hana preferred) and Power BI reporting tool.
- Experience with Google Suite preferred.
Description:
This role will drive continuous improvement, collaborate with the business, and deliver relevant and dynamic financial analysis via a best-in-class modern global accounting organization. The scope of this role will be activity at US based manufacturing sites.
- Support the external audit process, including coordination and preparation of audit schedules and documentation.
- Review and Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with Business Support Center to review and analyze requested schedules for audit to ensure compliance, completeness and accuracy.
- Support the Maintenance of chart of accounts and ensuring adherence to reporting compliance.
- Preparation of ad hoc analysis for management as requested.
- Maintenance of the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
- Support the Costing project by documents, records and coordination with operations and IT team
- Material and production cost analysis including preparation of regular variance reports to enable reduction of variances in collaboration with operations.
- Ensure Compliance with accounting standards, regulations and company policies.
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing accounting information and trend.
- Assist with month-end journal entries and account analysis.
- Assist with preparation of financial statements, including trial balance, P&L and Balance sheet.
- Successfully complete all assigned organizational training and relevant professional training.
