Senior Accountant Ii

Responsible for maintenance, reconciliation and accuracy of general ledger accounts. Performs reconciliation of fixed assets and other balance sheet accounts monthly. Responsible for month-end close journal entries. The Senior Accountant II will work closely with the Controller to perform monthly variance analysis, special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Previous Experience: Five to 8 years of accounting experience is required.
• Knowledge/Training: Knowledge of accounting principles and use of computerize spreadsheets.
• Computer Skills: Excel (intermediate level), PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, general ledger and subledger accounting systems (MAS, Sage experience a plus but not required), Business Intelligence reporting software experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
