Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing marketing agency. As an Account Executive, you will be a key player in fostering and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns, and driving overall client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact between the agency and clients.
• Understand clients' business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.

• Project Management:
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality and adherence to client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and analytics, to ensure seamless project execution.

• Strategic Planning:
• Work closely with clients to understand their marketing goals and challenges.
• Develop and present strategic proposals and recommendations to clients.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.

• Budgeting and Reporting:
• Manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Track and report on campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and insights.

• Business Development:
• Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with the business development team.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes to offer proactive recommendations to clients.

• Communication Skills:
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Handle client feedback professionally and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role within a marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and technologies.
