We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing marketing agency. As an Account Executive, you will be a key player in fostering and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns, and driving overall client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Act as the main point of contact between the agency and clients.
Understand clients' business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Project Management:Coordinate and manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality and adherence to client expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and analytics, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Strategic Planning:Work closely with clients to understand their marketing goals and challenges.
Develop and present strategic proposals and recommendations to clients.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- Budgeting and Reporting:Manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Track and report on campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and insights.
- Business Development:Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with the business development team.
Stay informed about industry trends and changes to offer proactive recommendations to clients.
- Communication Skills:Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
Handle client feedback professionally and implement necessary changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role within a marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
