How you'll make an impact
Primary Function: The Senior Commercial Lines Account Associate is responsible for providing technical support by maintaining accurate and updated policy information in client accounts, processing requested transactions, and performing administrative duties. This particular position will be within our Commercial Lines Transportation Department!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assists Account Managers in providing exceptional service to clients by completing assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Processes endorsements, audits, company requests for additional information, invoicing and checks new and renewal policies for accuracy.
- Assists with rating, marketing submissions and proposals.
- Issues certificates and maintains certificate holders as requested and approved by Account Managers.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date data in the agency management system according to agency workflows.
- Interacts with others effectively and professionally by utilizing good communications skills, cooperating purposefully, and providing information and guidance, as needed, to achieve the business goals of the agency.
- Assists Account Associates and other colleagues on request.
- Regular and reliable attendance required
- Overtime work, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
About you
Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
Preferred: Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relationships.
