Experience the EMBREY WAY by joining our dynamic Finance team as Finance Associate or Senior Finance Associate.
As our Finance/Senior Finance Associate, you will support the Corporate Finance team and will be responsible for managing the investment and compensation analytics on behalf of EMBREY ownership/partnership.
Responsibilities
Manage the master cash flow projection, co-investment forecasting, and balance sheet report for review by EMBREY ownership/partnership.
Manage a timely capital call process as it relates to the partnership, tracking, and coordinating with the Investments team as well as the Accounting team.
Create and maintain a defined set of recurring metrics and reports to support the Family Office Manager.
Work cross-functionally with the Investments team, namely the Asset Management team, to regularly update valuations to be used in the EMBREY ownership/partnership reports.
Ad-hoc analysis as requested by the Family Office Manager, CEO, or other ownership partners.
Manage the ECC forecast or other corporate cash initiatives as it relates to EMBREY ownership.
Assist in the consolidation of the Monthly Executive Reporting package and the Corporate Annual Plan and serve as a final reviewer before publication to the VP of Finance and CFO.
Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, and identify trends.
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Qualifications
5 + years of proven experience in business finance in the real estate industry.
Experience with BI tools, Excel connectors, and Visual Analytics.
Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.
Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
Solid analytical skills demonstrated in performing cost analysis and scenario modeling.
Complex problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement creative solutions.
Experience building relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders and suppliers.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, Master's in Accounting, or MBA Preferred.
