This entry-level position is full-time with the possibility of overtime at times. Imperial Pest Prevention seeks an outgoing personality, excellent phone customer service skills, the ability to handle high call volume in a busy office setting, clerical skills, team member, previous office experience, and drive to join the team as an office assistant. This position will involve being an assistant to the office manager and general manager. The duties will involve but not be limited to phone calls, sales calls, service follow-up calls, filing, posting, and other general office work.
All applicants must be able to pass a Drug test and background check, possess a friendly outgoing personality, speak clearly on a phone, feel comfortable with calling potential customers and sales, multitask, and be directed by management needed from day to day.
The hours of this position start at 8 am and as late as 5:15 pm, but will more than likely fall between 8 am- 5 pm. Please note that Imperial Pest Prevention is a drug and smoke-free workplace. All applicants must submit a resume before they apply for consideration.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour depending upon experience
