SalaryOur firm is in search of a security supervisor to provide oversight of personnel in the residential space, specifically a high-Rise Condominium complex. Security supervisory experience and a strong customer service background is required.
***Schedule: Saturday thru Tuesday, 32 hours, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
Job Duties:
- Provide management oversight for a team of 20+ team members
- Manage the safety of all staff by ensuring strict adherence to company policy and protocols.
- Manage scheduling including call-offs, schedule changes and the like.
- Oversee time and attendance policies including rest and meal time compliance.
- Provide quality interaction and coordination between client and company.
- Enter payroll on time and with accuracy.
- Provide oversight of the reporting function including all incident reports.
- Communicate with management daily.
- Maintains a safe and compliant work environment at all times.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the security field
- Minimum 3 years of security service experience
- Excellent customer service background
Requirements:
- Must have current BSIS Guard Card
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Prolonged periods standing and walking on-site.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
