Security Supervisor

```Duties```
- Supervise and oversee the security operations of the facility
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Monitor CCTV cameras and conduct regular patrols to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary
- Train and educate security staff on safety procedures and protocols
- Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidents, documenting findings and implementing corrective measures
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, reports, and activities

```Requirements```

-Must be able to work shift work in a site that operates 365 days a year and 24 hours a day.

- Proven experience in security or law enforcement field
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies
- Possess a valid CPR and First Aid certification

-Possess a valid OC Spray, Baton, & Handcuff certification
- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of security personnel effectively
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Military or law enforcement background is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 48 per week
