Job Summary:

As an Unarmed Security Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our security patrol team. Your role is critical in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. You will be responsible for supervising security staff, coordinating patrols, managing incident responses, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security team to ensure effective coverage and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement security protocols, policies, and procedures in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular security briefings and training sessions for security personnel.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and disciplinary action when necessary.
• Manage scheduling to ensure adequate security coverage at all times.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security measures and identify potential security risks.
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency responders as required.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of security equipment and technology.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports for management and law enforcement if necessary.
• Serve as a key point of contact for security issues within the facility.
• Ensure the security team maintains high standards of professional conduct and appearance.
• Perform duties of security personnel as needed to cover shifts or provide additional support.

Qualifications:

• Top-Secret security clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a security context.
• Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
• Good observational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency for reporting and communication.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain on feet, including standing and walking for extended periods.
• Capable of responding swiftly to emergencies or threats.
• Must have clear vision and ability to observe and detect potential security breaches.
