CLASSIFICATION: Full Time
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday; weekend support as needed
SHIFT TIMES: Possible Day, Evening, & Overnight Shifts Available
LOCATION: Remote -- Must be able to work Pacific Standard Time (PST).
PAY: $20.00 - $24.00

We’re seeking experienced and qualified candidates to fill our Ops Support Specialist position to assist our growing and dynamic team and one of our most important assets; our security personnel on the ground.
To be successful, candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in administrative related work within the security industry or equivalent. If you have proactive organization skills, are interested in scheduling, can handle tasks with urgency, and enjoy working with people of all personality types, this is the position for you!
This is a remote position, but our company is based in Washington State, so candidates must be able to work in accordance with west coast Pacific Standard Time (PST).

ESSENTIAL ROLE:
Remotely assists with monitoring Security Officers via surveillance equipment and scheduling platforms, coordinate and dispatch appropriate staff in response to ongoing service needs. Answer and prioritize security calls, ensuring clear communication about detailed information. Help with back log and track all reports, calls, and alerts, notating all pertinent information.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Manage daily scheduling operations and administrative functions using the company scheduling platform(s).
- Dispatch security personnel by calling, messaging, and emailing, to fill open shifts, last minute client requests, and as response to alarms/emergencies.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Specialist, HR, and fellow Ops team members.
- Conduct regular administrative audits and provide frequent updates/reports to the Operations Manager/supervisors for potential issues regarding scheduled hours, staffing deficiencies, and client requests
- Assist with client requests for additional services and change requests, set up new client sites, geofencing, guard tours, prepare detailed post order instructions, and other essential scheduling platform functions.
- Stay-up to date with the latest security technology and trends
- Optimize scheduling to run efficiently and reduce overtime costs
- Ability to take initiative, achieve results, and meet deadlines
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment for all security personnel
- Assist with other job-related duties as requested by Operations/management team
Physical Demands:
- Routinely required to sit for extended periods of time.
- Routinely required to talk or hear via phone, radio, or other devices.
- Routinely required to utilize hand and finger dexterity for standard keyboard, mouse and other office equipment.
- Routinely required to utilize visual acuity to use standard office equipment and read detailed information.
