Security Operations Manager - New York Hilton Midtown

The elegant is seeking an Overnight Security Operations Manager to lead their guest services team! This 1800+ room property is opposite the Museum of Modern Art and is surrounded by both subway and bus lines, with Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, Central Park. Grand Central Station, Broadway, and Times Square all within walking distance!

As an Overnight Security Operations Manager, you would oversee the implementation of all safety security program initiatives to provide protection and a sense of well-being to all team members and managers in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Ideal candidates for this position will have 3-5 years previous hotel security management/leadership experience, at a property of comparable size and Hilton brand. Please note that compensation for this position will fall between $75,000 - $85,000 annually with any final offer based on experience.

What will I be doing?

As an Overnight Security Operations Manager, you would oversee the implementation of all safety security program initiatives to provide protection and a sense of well-being to all team members and managers in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specific tasks required of the position may include:

• Acts as the Manager on Duty for the overnight shift, coordinating with all other departments as needed
• Performs post-checks, correct deficiencies as observed, monitor compliance with established policies and procedures and take corrective action with security officers performing
• Promotes safe work practices, ensures compliance with OSHA standards and preventative measures, identifies/corrects/records safety hazards
• Maintains the database containing all team member safety training and perform required Safety training when needed
• Responsible for reporting all team member work-related accidents to the Hilton third-party claims representative (including leading and directing investigations)
• Case manages all worker's compensation claims and the return-to-work program including the assurance of a hotel representative at Worker's compensation hearings
• Coordinates the completion of the corporate Loss Prevention Profile
