Job description
We are looking for a new Operations manager for Vertex Security.
We expect this person to be super organized and pay attention to details, the main responsibility is to manage the CRM, with constants updates from both customers and field technicians. Working with orders and preparing invoices for our customers.
We expect this person to have “thick skin” and must have a customer service approach. This position involved B2B in New York city, where everyone expects an immediate response. And dealing with experienced field employees with Egos. As a service company, the customer service approach must be the leading tune.
We expect this person to be fanatic on response time, for emails from customers, Phone inquiries and employees, with an attitude of getting things done.
The candidate should expect to “run the business” with full support from business ownership.
The candidate should expect to delegate much of the work for a full-time assistant working with him.
The candidate should expect to be part of a growing company, with room to grow and to take part in the decision making of the business, daily tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 per year
