Job Description:

• As a Security Management Specialist (Contractor), you will support of security management, reporting, administration, and operations of the Workplace Solutions Group (WSG).
• Regular updates and reporting on the status of an organization's GRC activities, including governance, risk management, and compliance efforts.
• Ensuring that an organization is following applicable laws, regulations, and standards, and that its operations are consistent with its policies and ethical principles.
• Identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks that could impact an organization, and implementing measures to minimize their impact.
• Provide direct security management operation support such as vendor management, tracker administration, contract execution, vendor registration, reconciliations, policies, invoice, and budget review.
• Operations support in tracking security vendor management list related to annual capital & operating expense spending including annual budgeting.
• Provide analysis support in reviewing business operations and invoice data with a solid understanding of security management.
• Create and maintain key templates including reports for ad-hoc assignments for team support. Participate in the development of programs, systems, and projects to increase the efficiency of processes and operations.  
• Communicate and work across teams for collaboration with internal and external groups.

 
Requirements

• What You Bring Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a Security/Cyber security-related field with at least two years of relevant experience or at least five years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with security operations, facilities, coordination, administrative, and office services functions, with direct experience in a workplace department, preferred you’re inclusive, adapting your style to the situation and diverse global norms of our people.
• An avid learner, you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to help build understanding.
• You’re collaborative, building relationships, humbly offering support and openly welcoming approaches. Innovative and creative, you proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change.
