We are currently searching for a Security Operations Manager who will oversee all accounts in Center City, Philadelphia and surrounding area. This candidate will be responsive to their assigned area 24/7. A company cellphone and laptop will be issued.
Job Description:
- Train new security officers & concierge personnel
- Advise, coach and motivate team members to achieve optimal performance
- Regular meetings with clients to provide assurance that all needs are being met
- Conduct inspections on personnel and complete various reports as necessary
- Responsible for disciplinary on assigned staff as needed
- Maintain weekly schedules daily
- Daily payroll and weekly submission
- Review and monitor site activity via technology system
- Review tour reports, site incidents and activity
- Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees
- Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met
- Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately
- Meet all contractual scheduled hours with a minimum of un-billed overtime
- Develop/Maintain operational procedures to ensure a smooth day to day operation
- Conduct routine site visits with staff and clients
- 24/7 responsibility to assigned sites
- Maintain fleet in assigned area
- Bi-weekly staff meetings with all company leaders
- 3 years of security management experience (required)
- Scheduling and payroll experience (preferred)
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must have clean background check
- Must have basic knowledge of vehicles
- Tire change, fueling vehicles, jump starting vehicles
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule (nights and weekends as needed)
- Must acquire a SIDA badge (company provided)
