Job Offers and Contingencies

Failure to meet all contingencies satisfactorily will result in the offer of employment being rescinded. We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team for a site patrol position. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing access patrols, walking and driving around the site, utilizing a detection system for all checkpoints, observing and reporting any suspicious behavior, and conducting various patrolling activities to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Conduct routine access patrols to ensure that only authorized personnel enter.
- Verify identification and credentials of individuals seeking access.
- Monitor access points and enforce site-specific security protocols.
- Perform regular walks around the construction site to detect and address any security concerns.
- Inspect fencing, gates, and other physical barriers to identify vulnerabilities or damage.
- Checkpoint Detection System:
- Utilize a detection system at all designated checkpoints, including parking entrances and mission-critical areas.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the detection equipment and promptly report any malfunctions.
Observation and Reporting:
- Maintain constant vigilance and attentiveness to observe and report any suspicious activities or individuals.
- Document and report incidents, accidents, or unusual occurrences promptly and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with the central security control room and other relevant personnel.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
- Ability to operate security equipment, including detection systems.
- Excellent observational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of situational awareness.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform walking patrols for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and communication purposes.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Security guard certification or relevant training.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
