Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Security Coordinator 4to join our team of talented and diverse individuals at our El Segundo, CA location.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Supporting a fast-paced high-profile environment.
• Create, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Meticulous record-keeping and responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheets.
• Support the Security Manager in maintaining a strong security posture for the Division.
• Develop, and maintain security education and training resources for the Division.
• Provide educational and informative resources that will help advance security personnel from novice to subject matter expert (SME).
• Become knowledge of the Enterprise Security Channel in My Learning Experience for career guidance and development resources.
• Become knowledgeable with government and corporate security policies and procedures.
• Manage and order supplies and offer security support for meetings.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Candidate must have and be able to maintain, an active U.S. Government final security clearance at the Top-Secret or SCI level with a background investigation dated within the last 6 years or be enrolled in the DoD trusted workforce continuous evaluation program.
• Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain access to a special access program.
• High School diploma or equivalent, and six years of additional education and/or administrative or security-related experience.
• Candidate must be organized and efficient at time management.
• Candidate must have experience with computer and desktop Microsoft office software products (Word, Excel etc...)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with databases such as SIMS, JPAS/DISS, JADE.
• Experience with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM rule and DoDM 5205.07 V1-4
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in a variety of program areas.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills, speaking, writing skills and organizational skills enabling effective communication.
