The Staffing Coordinator ensures that the company's labor requirements are fulfilled. This position is responsible for sourcing candidates for all positions within the company. Duties include, placing ads, conducting the initial screen of candidates, planning, organizing, and scheduling interviews. While working closely with the hiring managers and performing duties in a timely manner. Develops and implements staffing solutions, while adhering to company guidelines and maintaining the Company regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify company employee requirements and create a staffing strategy
- Interviews candidates via telephone, video, and/or in person
- Screens candidates using skill assessments, verifying licenses, etc.
- Communicates with candidates from the initial interview to the final decision
- Assist the HR department with hiring, training, and onboarding of new employees
- Able to understand and adhere to onboarding deadlines
- Create daily staffing reports, monitor staffing shortfalls, and submit weekly reports to management
- Report job vacancies and scheduling problems to the human resources supervisor
- Attends job fairs to source qualified candidates
- Performs other job-related duties not listed
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledgeable about relevant employment laws and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, both orally and in writing
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
- Highly organized
- Attention to detail
- Analyzes and adopts effective course of action in various situations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Works independently in the absence of supervision
- Determines work priorities and follows through on tasks
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years’ experience
Physical Functions and Working Environment:
- Frequent extended standing, sitting, walking, and bending
- Frequent reaching with arms and hands
- Talking and listening on a day-to-day basis
- Extended periods in an office setting with varying noise levels
- Possible exposure to various situations associated with resolving issues with difficult people
- Must be able to clearly speak, read and write English
- Possible exposure to perform under pressure, concentrate for prolonged periods of time, and work long hours under stressful conditions
Other
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide documentation showing authorization to work in the U.S.
- Employment is conditioned on successful completion of background check
