SalaryGroup Attachment Based Intervention (GABI) is an intensive clinical service designed for families with birth to three-year-old children who are receiving Preventive Services. GABI will expand from its one site location to 5 sites city-wide. The secretary will be responsible for managing phones, registering patients, checking insurance. This secretary will be expected to assist the off-site clinical staff in all aspects of the Group Attachment Based Intervention service delivery in addition to performing secretarial and routine administrative duties. Prioritizes assignments and organizes functions to insure effective office operations. Performs related work as required.
One year of secretarial experience. Ability to work within a trauma-informed with families with babies, toddlers, and young children in a clinical setting.
High School Diploma or GED required.
This position is 100% grant funded.
