Salary Range: $18.03 - $24.86
Pay rates are determined based on experience and internal equity.
Position Summary:
- Under the general supervision of the CCC Administrator, coordinates all referrals for the facility.
- Manages and maintains all admission applications.
- Manages all petty cash charges for the facility while maintaining accurate records.

Position Duties/Responsibility:
- Coordinates SNF admissions from other facilities (approximately 25 per month) and LTC admissions from home or other facilities. Works as a liaison between the Director of Nursing, the CCC Intake Nurse and the Case Managers at the transferring facility.
- Maintains the resident lists and room changes. Keeps records of applicants contact person and address (mailing list). Keeps the District Admission Team aware of bed changes and admits.
- Contacts applicants when an admission is available.
- Responsible for correspondence such as sympathy and thank you cards plus mass mailings of information letters to families.
- Picks up payroll vouchers on pay day and has them available for staff by 0730.
- Coordinates annual physicals with the Medical Director’s assistant for available dates.
- Schedules physicals for employees approximately every three months. Keeps all employee physical’s until completed and then forwards them to DSD for employee files.
- Supplies the Infection Control nurse with an alphabetical list of employees yearly for PPD’s and Flu shots.
- Maintains employee logs by department.
- Maintains the Petty Cash Fund.
- Maintains the Dietary Meal Fund.
- Receives visitors and telephone calls. Directs visitors as needed and conducts facility tours on request.
- Assists with special events and fund raisers
- Other duties assigned by the CCC Administrator.

- The ability to have positive personal interactions with staff, residents, physicians, and visitors.
Position Qualifications:
- Education: High School graduate or GED.
- Experience: Prefer experience performing clerical tasks.
- Certification: None
- Skills/Ability: Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Demonstrate positive public appearance and good communication skills.
Demonstrate correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
