Customer Care Specialist (Seasonal, Temporary)

What you will bring along:
High School Diploma or GED required
One (1) year of professional customer service experience required
Contact center experience a plus
Level 1 help desk support experience a plus
Must pass Indeed Technical Support Assessment with a score of Highly Proficient or better to be considered.
Must have quiet, private home office with fast, reliable internet.
Must pass background check and complete drug testing.
What you will be doing:
The Diligent Customer Care Specialist interacts with health insurance professionals and/or customers through multiple communication channels such as inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email. Specialists will provide information about health insurance exchanges, government programs, and continuing education opportunities and requirements. Specialists will demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and utilize multiple creative solutions to go beyond the required calling requirements. Specialists will also be expected to communicate a ‘call to action’ which may include asking for a decision, recommendation, purchase, usage, or other action relating to the client’s product or service.
