Scrum Master , EMEA and AMER Platform Teams

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to help building and leading a high performing Agile Scrum team dedicated to digital connection of VF with key digital players and partners on the market, through a transactional hub built with the most up-to-date integration technologies.
The Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring that the Agile process is used effectively. They act as facilitator and process steward. The Scrum Master enforces Scrum rules, chairs key meetings, removes impediments and strives for continuous Agile improvement. The role will also be responsible for working directly with the Product Owner, System Architects, and others to build and maintain a relevant product roadmap.
You will be an experienced Agile professional that has had previous experience in leading scrum teams building products and solutions for the retail industry. In this role you will be part of both the regional Product Team, as well as the broader Scrums Global Community.
AsScrum Master for the Platform EMEA and Platform Amer teamsyou will operate around the following areas:
Facilitate the flow of work through the team
Facilitate the core Agile ceremonies within a team environment: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog Grooming and others as determined by the team
Promote the progress of work through the teams
Ensure inter and intra team risks, impediments and blockers are identified, resolved, and communicated
Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution
Coordinate and collaborate with other product teams as it relates to project dependencies/relationships
Mitigate and resolve conflicts within the team and across the external workgroups
Ensure User Stories/Epics are entered within the tool and are of high quality and sized
Include distributed team members in appropriate work sessions
Publish Team flow information
Create multi-Product team deployment plans. Enable the growth of their teams
Coach your Agile teams in the Agile Arts
Employ empirical methods to promote team improvement
Help the team identify and implement productivity improvements
Stay current in agile and software development trends
We require you to have:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
Certificates or training in specific Products and/or in Agile Methodology are a plus.
Scrum Master certification (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance (or similar) is a plus.
SAFE Certification is a plus
Experience
5+ years of experience in software development roles in digitally minded organizations.
Previous agile methodology direct experience, preferably in large global organization
Previous exposure to development of retail systems, omnichannel and/or digital technologies in store is highly appreciated.

- Fluent English language, both verbal and written is mandatory.
Other
This position will be based in Denver, CO
Travelling will be occasionally required, and not exceeding 10% of time.
VF may change/move the Scrum Master to a different scrum team in the future based on business needs.
Hiring Range:
$152,064.00 USD - $190,080.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
