Job Details:
- Onsite near the Needham, Massachusettsarea
- Start ASAP
- Up to 38 guaranteed service hours per week
- # students/ageson caseload TBD
- 1 or more school sites (mileage can be reimbursed between school sites)
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students with behavioral challenges.
- Provide one-on-one and group behavioral support and intervention in educational settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote positive behavior and academic success.
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress and modify interventions as needed.
- Assist in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of behavioral interventions.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in an educational setting is a plus.
- A passion for working with students with behavioral challenges.
