Our mission. Ark Behavioral Health is a network of Drug and Alcohol Addiction Treatment Facilities that provide a variety of levels of care to those who are prepared to begin their journey toward recovery.

Join our growing search engine optimization team. The qualified individual we're looking for should be outgoing and great with email and online communications, while also being collaborative with content ideas and new link building techniques. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge and understanding of link building strategies and tactics. This includes experience with link building tools to facilitate link acquisition. The individual will be a team player supporting the Link Building Manager and other SEO specialists. We are looking for a quick learner who is highly organized and comfortable working across many projects. As the position is completely remote, interested applicants should have the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.

Responsibilities

• Translating business objectives and goals into tangible strategies.
• Strategize, coordinate, build, execute, monitor, report, and analyze link building campaigns.
• Research and identify opportunities across the Web for our clients to gain exposure.
• To create emails that express our site's value and engage recipients to the point where they want to promote our site to their audience.
• To stay up to date on new link building strategies and regularly contribute new tactics and ideas to the team.
• To contact and build relationships with other websites and blog owners.
• Collaborating with the content writers on guest posts for placements and to create linkable website content.
• Leveraging tools used by digital team to boost SEO rankings (Pitchbox, AHrefs, Moz, etc.)
• Creating email templates to pitch website content to relevant sites.
• Prospecting for opportunities through competitor backlinks and advanced search operators.
• Perform and track outreach through Pitchbox.

Requirements

• Relevant 2 or 4-year College Degree (PR, COM, Media, Sales, Marketing)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of one year experience in a SEO link building role.
• Basic knowledge of Pitchbox, BuzzStream, AhRefs, Moz, Majestic.
• Understanding of keyword searches and Google Search Operators.
• Skilled in backlink audits, backlink profile analysis, and competitor analysis.
• Must be motivated and able to work with a sense of urgency.
• Candidates must have a passion for search engine optimization.
• Efficient, detailed, goal oriented and result-driven.
• Proficient in Google programs such as Sheets and Docs.
• Well-honed customer service skills and able to deal with different types of personalities and responses.
• Able to multi-task and keep up with multiple outreach campaigns at a time.
• Be a team player and self-starter with a willingness to learn on the job.
• Native-level proficiency in English
• Working overlap from 9am-5pm EST.
