School Van Monitor

Job Title: Van Monitor

Duties:
- Supervise and monitor students on School Vans
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
- Enforce school rules and policies to maintain a positive and orderly environment
- Assist with student behavior management and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student learning and development
- Provide support to students with special needs or individualized education plans (IEPs)

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies is a plus
- Ability to manage student behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
