Who you are:
What you’ll do:
The contractor will be expected to work 10-15 schools per week. The goal is to initiate a conversation, get base level interest, and then introduce the contact to the appropriate manager for HSSA, FYA/GYA, HAS program.
Working a school will entail :
- Initial research & updating of data in Salesforce.
- Contractor will be provided with a target school list.-Identifying 5 contacts at the school for outreach.
- A high volume of calls and emails, following a provided outreach cadence-Use of LinkedIn, social media, and professional/personal networks to make community connections.
- Use RepVisits to book tabling events and school fairs. Focus this time of year will be High School Abroad, Gap Year Abroad, and First Year Abroad.
- Meticulous notes of outreach taken in Salesforce-Weekly reporting of sales activities and account movement.
- Book initial staff meetings for school contacts with appropriate managers.
Time commitment: the initial commitment would be from April 8, 2024 – May 17, 2024. Anticipated hours per week is approximately 20. Hours per week may vary and some evening or weekend hours may be required to cover events.
Compensation and business expense reimbursement: the compensation offered is $30/hour. Reimbursement for work related mileage over a 20-mile trip and reasonable cost of meeting expenses, such as coffee with a potential contact.
