School Nurse - Anticipated Opening

Winnisquam Regional High School seeks a School Nurse for the 2024-2025 School Year for an Anticipated Opening. This position assumes responsibility for appropriate assessment, documentation, planning, interventions, evaluation, management, and referral activities for students.The School Nurse provides for the maintenance of health and prevention of illness thereby facilitating the removal of health-related barriers to learning and promoting an optimal level of wellness for students and is responsible for the direct and indirect care given to students in conformance with school district policies, State of New Hampshire professional standards of practice, physicians orders, student health plans and Individual Education Programs (IEP) for students with disabilities.
