School Custodian

Overview
The Harvard Public Schools are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our school team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our schools. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our students and staff. The hours for this position are 2-10 PM.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled custodial responsibilities to standards of cleanliness as specified by the Director of School Facilities.
• Monitor and address physical buildings for safety and compliance concerns and bring issues to the attention of the Director of School Facilities.
• Assist with snow removal and outdoor maintenance as required.
• Assist with set-up and clean-up of special functions as needed.
• Provide assistance to students, faculty, and community members as situations merit.
• Any other duties as assigned.
